Nebeans Ruby IDE速度慢的要死，经常好几分钟不反应。还是不要用了吧。当然如果性能超好的机器也可以用，这个软件还是相当不错的。轻量级的有RoRED，这个也很不错，只有不到两兆。

你是不是用的jdk5？翻翻前面robbin的帖子，我用jdk6一直没觉得慢。

看了一下3rdRails，感觉确实不错，有种从netbeans转到3rdrails的冲动

netbeans专门有一个Ruby IDE的，只有Ruby开发的支持，大小只有19M，速度非常快。
还有你的机器是不是笔记本？笔记本的显卡驱动有个bug，导致在处于POWERPLAY节电状态时速度特别慢，因而影响到Java2D的性能，进而影响到所有Swing程序的性能，包括netbeans，你把那个POWERPLAY禁止了，试试netbeans看。一定要用jdk 6运行netbeans，这样速度会有明显提升。
